Jan Cincera

Jan Činčera is a university teacher and researcher focusing on environmental and sustainability education. Beyond his work, he enjoys telling stories, hiking, spending time in nature, playing various musical instruments and chess, and being with his family as a husband and father of three.

In his fifties, he wrote his first book for his daughter. After completing it, he realized that writing stories had always been something he wanted to pursue, so he continued. He enjoys combining different genres—fairy tales and fantasy, westerns and historical fiction—and creating fun and thoughtful stories, lighthearted yet with depth.

Jan lives in a small town near the mountains and the Great River. He had the unique chance to visit Eli’s World and is happy to share its stories.
